What is Polytron
It is a specialized aditv properties of extreme pressure (EP agent). This is achieved by treating the "chemical" petroleum hydrocarbons.
Polytron oils and additives contain only pure oil and petroleum additives, and work without the negative aspects associated with solids additives. Our product is easily mixed with other lubricants and is most useful in a mixture of 10%.
Most motor oils are either mineral (paraffin, naphthenic asphalt), synthetic (ester polymers), solid (graphite, molybdenum disulfide, Teflon™) or lubricants (oils with various inorganic or organic thickening agents).
Modern motor oils, for example, contain various additives usually 8-10, representing 15-20% of the volume of a container of oil with the remainder being refined oil or synthetic oil.
Exclusive benefits of Polytron products
- Tremendous effect because its ionic load, which means that our oil molecule will not "leak" easily when the engine or other equipment is turned off. Instead, it will adhere to the metal surface and will greatly reduce the wear phenomena to "dry start".
- The ability to impregnate in to the surface of the metal crystal structure, which can't then be immediately destroyed without its replacement automatically.
- Surprisingly lower friction values, which remain essentially permanent for the metal surfaces treated.
- Effect of curing and regeneration constantly of replaceable friction surfaces used.
Our additive does not contain any form of solid or semi-solid particles such as graphite, molybdenum, lead, copper, ceramic or Teflon. This is not a viscosity enhancer. It's actually a much-needed breakthrough in lubrication engineering.
